Meet Sarelle:
Pronounced
Sa-rell Kai-Se-doh
As someone who has navigated challenging career transitions myself, I know the value of hard work. I also know what it’s like to navigate the professional landscape without compromising one’s values. Being the daughter of an immigrant shaped much of who I am today, and has instilled a great sense of moral and vocational courage in me.
Empathy and social welfare are core values of mine and have shown up in a variety of ways throughout my career - whether it be supporting incarcerated mothers seeking work or social services upon release, employees and stakeholders within an global organization, or candidates looking to secure their next great role.
Why me?
Professionally, I have 10+ years of HR experience, am SHRM-CP and PHR Certified, and have a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management with focuses on DEI and employment law from Rutgers University. I absolutely love building inclusive cultures and producing impactful communications, from creating career branding materials for job seekers, external job descriptions for employers, or internal communications for businesses.
Throughout my HR career, I’ve touched everything from recruiting core business to niche roles, designing and delivering training and talent development programs, setting and adhering to performance management standards, investigating labor relations, maintaining HR compliance, ensuring benefits and compensation strategy, and job search strategy.
Let’s work together
I’m excited to use those experiences to help you identify goals, articulate your talents and accomplishments, plan your next professional steps, and give YOU the confidence to take purposeful action. I can't wait to hear from you!
